The objective of ICESA is to present the latest research and results of scientists (PhD Students and post-doc scientists) related to all sub-disciplines of Electrical Engineering.
Proceedings
All accepted papers after the peer-review process and selection, will be published as chapters in the Book Series “Advances in Science, Technology and Innovation” (ASTI) by Springer, indexed by Scopus.

-All submissions will be reviewed by the Technical Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. By submitting your manuscript to the ICESA 2023, it is understood that this it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere.
-Submitted manuscripts should respect the standard guidelines of the Springer proceeding chapter format.
-The paper should contain between 8-10 pages, including references, figures and tables, following the editor format :

All submitted papers to ICESA’23 will be checked and scanned using Turnitin, before being sent to reviewers. Note that to be submitted to Springer, the overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 20 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent. The score and report are provided to assist you in revising your manuscript, if necessary.
