Eduardo Souza de Cursi is Professor Emeritus from INSA Rouen Normandie and french national coordinator of the programs FITEC  (France-Ingenieur-Tecnologie), at CDEFI (Conférence des Directeurs des Ecoles Françaises d'Ingénieurs). In the past, has been successively dean of international affairs, dean of the Mechanical Engineering Department, director of Postgraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering, founder of the department of Civil Engineering, director of Research Labs and managed many international programs.  Has experience in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, namely theoretical and numerical aspects, stochastic methods and convex analysis.

Dr. Haitham Saad MOHAMED RAMADAN (World’s Top 2% Scientists’ List – Stanford University 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024, hindex:~ 38+, 125 Publications, citations about 5200 on September 2025) obtained his PhD from the Department of Energy and Automatic Control of École Supérieure d'Électricité (SUPELEC), University of South Paris XI, France in March 2012. Since August 2013, Prof. Dr. Ramadan did several postdoctoral research missions in the Laboratory of Signal and Systems (LSS), the Federation of Research of Fuel Cells (FCLAB), the FEMTO-ST laboratory and the University of Belfort Montbéliard in France
